Prenatal Belly Dancing
About the Class
This sacred dance was created by women for women to ensure great reproductive and womb health as well as overall balanced body alignment. In this class we will explore movements that increase flexibility, flow of the hips and core; tonify the productive organs and pelvic floor muscles, to decrease aches and pains and any discomforts during pregnancy; preparation for labor and delivery of the baby, and aids in rapid recovery during the ostpartum period. We will also explore breathing techniques that may decrease anxiety and depression and makes one feel more joyful and relaxed.
